Frequent Questions
Do we need to bring rented equipment back to the shop or can we give it to an instructor?
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the rented items to the shop.
Can I come to the pool to use my personal equipment?
Absolutely. We will post dates that we have the downtown YMCA pool, and anyone with a valid certification card is welcome to join us. But please call and check with us first because we are only allowed 25 in the pool at a time.
What if you don’t offer the item I need?
No worries, call the shop and we will try to get anything you need. We are happy to help and would love to have your support stay local.
